I'm afraid I don't know anything about that. If he was working with Hamelin, this is the first I've heard of it.

Though I suppose it's possible he was a disappointment for other reasons - such as not playing the role he was supposed to in this story.

Unfortunately, he's the only one who would know anything more. Raven worked very closely with him, from what I understand. He was acting on the Commandant's orders for Morgan and Pericles' deaths, after all.

It certainly is possible they never told me, since I'm not precisely the most trustworthy individual on even the best of days. I've certainly never been the Commandant's favorite!

Nah, nothing like that. I know a lot of things, but the information isn't mine to share without asking for permission from the person it comes from. To put it simply, I guess you could say I'm trying to decide if it's safe to ask whether they'll share it with you too.

That makes two of us, then. I'm not about to kill for my wish, either-- I don't think I need to say for whose sake it is, and killing someone over it would go against the whole purpose of the wish in the first place.

And I won't lie, the combat ability was a pretty big draw, too. I owe you one for being willing to demonstrate it to me earlier.

I greatly enjoy fighting and it's been quite some time... I never thought I'd say I miss monsters, but at least they were halfway entertaining to fight! I'm pleased you approve, of course~
